TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the AETHER engines. By using the service you agree to them. They are written to be clear about one point above all: AETHER supports the engineer; it does not replace engineering responsibility.

1 · Scope of service

AETHER provides computational, design, requirements, compliance, and avionics engines that produce engineering analysis and artifacts with their governing basis, assumptions, and validity range stated. Each engine operates independently; no result implies certification of a product or system. AETHER may be provided through cloud access, local desktop builds, on-prem deployments, private environments, or air-gapped packages depending on the agreement.

2 · Engineering responsibility

AETHER augments and independently verifies aerospace engineering analysis. Design authority and final certification sign-off remain with the engineer of record. You are responsible for reviewing every result against the stated assumptions and validity range, and for confirming its fitness for your application before use.

3 · Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful engineering work you are authorised to perform.
  • Do not submit controlled technical data except under an agreed, ITAR-aware deployment.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written agreement.

4 · Export control

You are responsible for compliance with applicable export-control laws (including ITAR and EAR) for any data you submit or results you receive. Controlled technical data must be handled only under the terms of an agreed local, on-prem, private, air-gapped, or otherwise approved deployment. Public cloud access is not intended for controlled technical data unless explicitly approved by your organisation and AETHER in writing. Direct questions to support@aether-intelligence.com.

5 · Subscriptions & trials

Self-serve cloud tiers include a three-day trial for non-sensitive work; enterprise local-run, on-prem, private, and air-gapped engagements begin with a scoped paid pilot. Fees, seats, deployment rights, and entitlements are as stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew on their stated term unless cancelled beforehand.

6 · Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the results returned to you. AETHER retains ownership of the engines, models, and software that produce them.

7 · Limitation of liability

The service is provided on a professional-tool basis. To the extent permitted by law, AETHER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for decisions taken on the basis of results that were not independently reviewed and verified by a qualified engineer of record.

8 · Contact
