PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This policy describes what AETHER collects, why, and how it is protected — with particular attention to local, on-prem, cloud, and controlled-environment handling of engineering inputs and technical data.
Information we collect
We collect account details (name, organisation, and work email), billing information processed by our payment provider, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service. In cloud deployments, we process the engineering inputs you submit to the engines — equations, models, requirements, code, and artifacts — solely to return your results. In local, on-prem, or air-gapped deployments, project data is processed inside the customer-controlled environment according to the deployment agreement.
How engineering inputs are used
Inputs and generated results are used to perform the work you request and to maintain an auditable record for your account. We do not use customer engineering inputs to train shared models, and we do not disclose them to other customers.
Controlled technical data
Material subject to export control (ITAR / EAR) must only be submitted under an agreed, ITAR-aware deployment. Public cloud access is intended for non-sensitive work unless your organisation has approved that environment for the data class. Where a controlled deployment is in place, controlled data is segregated and access is restricted to authorised personnel. Contact support@aether-intelligence.com before transmitting any controlled technical data.
Retention
Account and project data are retained for the life of the account and for any period required by contract or applicable law, then deleted or anonymised. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or export the personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated project data.
- Object to or restrict specific processing activities.
