Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about plans, billing, accounts, and deployment. For deeper reading, see the technical notes.

What is AETHER?

Sovereign, verifiable aerospace intelligence: five AI engineering engines that deploy locally, on-premises, air-gapped, or in approved cloud. Engineering numbers come from deterministic computation — not model guesswork — so every result is auditable.

What do the five engines do?

ARITHMOS solves aerospace computation — aero, thermal, structural, orbital, propulsion, control — with the derivation shown. MORPH generates design and code. TELOS authors and verifies requirements. THEMIS handles compliance and certification support. DYNAMIS covers avionics and flight systems.

What is the difference between the Pro and Ultra plans?

Pro ($29/month or $313/year) includes two engines of your choice, selected at checkout. Ultra ($199/month or $2,149/year) includes all five engines. Enterprise / contract is custom — programmes, teams, and controlled-environment deployment. See pricing.

Can I switch plans, change my billing interval, or cancel?

Yes — at any time, from Account settings via the secure Stripe billing portal: switch plans, change monthly/yearly billing, update your payment method, view billing history, and cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Deleting your account does not cancel an active plan — cancel first. Details in the terms.

How do I sign in, and which methods are supported?

Create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google or GitHub. Email accounts require a one-time verification before the console unlocks. Your sign-in method is shown in Account settings.

What happens if my payment fails?

The console pauses until billing is current. Update your payment method from the prompt or from Account settings — access resumes automatically once the payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted.

Does AETHER run offline, on-premises, or air-gapped?

Yes — AETHER is local-first by architecture: workstation, on-prem servers, or air-gapped facility networks, with identical behaviour at every tier. Approved cloud is available where a security plan authorises it. Deep dive: air-gapped and on-prem AI.

Is my engineering data private?

AETHER is built local-first so engineering inputs can stay inside your boundary. Card numbers are held only by Stripe, never by AETHER. Handling and retention are described in the privacy policy; you can export or delete your data from Account settings.

How do I get enterprise or programme access?

Request access through the enterprise page or contact the team. Engagements cover team seats, programme deployment, and controlled environments — including on-premises and air-gapped installation.

Where can I read more about sovereign, air-gapped, and verifiable AI?

The technical notes: sovereign AI for aerospace and defense, verifiable AI with no hallucinated math, and air-gapped AI for ITAR, EAR, and CUI environments.
